speaker wire colours

Anyone know which is pos speaker wire kangoo van got a pink and purple one.

I found all my speakers had a pink one and a different colour wire.
I put pink down as - and other colour as +

Nice one, sorted, rather then staring a new thread, cd player in and all working but for smoe reason my steering wheel doesnt work with it, its a different style one to my clio but same functions just more rounded, is there an option to change something to get it to work? looked through guide but dont know whats what.
