springs - problem

i have just got http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B002S8P0IO/?tag=cliospnet01-21 fitted to my car to lower it. the front springs have worked and lowered the car by about 40mm but the rear springs have made the back of the car increase in height. does anyone know why this may be and can anyone give me the answer why? are these the wrong springs ?

ok, just of the distance between arch and wheel or of the springs themselves?

how long does the car normally take to settle out? when the springs are fitted should the car be higher at the back than it was before, before the car has settled? is this common or not?

It will settle, but only 5mm or so. Certainly shouldn't be higher than it was before! Pictures of how you fitted the springs and the height of the car would be fine.

just looked at the code on the box and the code on the springs and the b*****d has put the wrong springs in! he is replacing the springs and refunding me for labour to fit them!
