Hello having problems with my standard xenon headlight one of them is not working it keeps bowling a fuse I have put a new starter on the light if the standArd hid bulb has gone would this keep bowling the fuse if the headlight that is not working. Got 2 new bulbs come but don't want to take the front bumper off to get the head lights out
