I have now changed the filter and the pump. I have taken the micro filter out of the carb and that appears to be fine (i can blow through it with ease). Tonight i checked the petrol nos jet to see if that could be blocked, when i switched the solenoids on there was no petrol coming out of the jet. So i tookthe T piece out and cleaned it all out and now petrol comes through that fine, so it looks as though petrol is getting to the carb o.k.
So now im stuck, what else can i check im stuck now.
THe problem ONLY happens when i hit about 6k in second, and from then on it happens in 3rd 4th and 5th gear from 3.5k (rpm) on. If i take the revs off then i can gradually increase them but i can never get above 4.5k maybe not even as foar as 5k
