Strange noise from wheel.

Well I noticed it a couple of days ago,
it sounds like theres a large stone stuck in the tread of my passenger side front tyre. As you go faster the noise from the wheel speeds up etc.

But, for the life of me cant find anything in ANY of the tyres. i've even dug out tiny stones, but the noise wont go away.

It's not a big deal its just really anoying.

Anyone have any ideas?

Wheel bearing..but that makes a grinding noise.
Break disks??
