suspension options?

so, I have a full fat clio 172 and stuck between two options of suspension either cooksports springs with koni adjustable shocks or bilstien b14 coilovers. I intend to use the car for fast road use and maybe the odd track day. just would like to see what opinions people have on these and what they would choose? or have any other options

I have bilstein b14's on my 172 cup and I would highly recommend them.

I've heard good things about bilsteins worth every penny apparently, let me know what there like. between the two im more tempted by bilstiens I must say

I'm thinking about uprating my suspension. Bilstein set up one of the best. Subaru use them on the Legacy GTB as standard. Hence the B in GTB, for Bilstein. Mate of mine has had several GTB's and they are awesome cars!
