Ticking/light knocking when pulling away with some/full lock on

As above, not really sure what it is... Might be CV joint?

Anyone else had it? Turning out of my street for example, as pulling away it goes... "Tick tick tick tick tick" getting faster as you speed up but goes away when you straighten up.

I've got a 172 cup.

Yes I'm afraid so, pretty sure you can't get the joints separate
