Tow bar

Hi all... Didnt really know what section to put this in (so sorry if wrong section...)

I have a 1.6 clio 2003. And need to fit a Tow bar too it, Is it possible to fit one that i dont have to Cut a section of the bumper out, and that i can always remove a section of the tow bar (the ball) when not in use?
