TRS Tow Strap help

Baught one off here last week, already drilled. My question is do the brackets have to be modified to fit a ph1? and if yes how, is it just a case of hacksaw the top off till it fits :evil:????

Urhh.. to get mine to fit i just took the bumper off put it in the tow eye hole with a bolt i bought from halfords and well it fit
