Tyre help 195 - 205

  Clio 182
Hi guys,

looking for some tyres for my 16" pro race alloys. Current tyres are 195-45-16 been looking online and seem the new nankang semi slick tyres but only start in sizes 205-45-16.

My question is will these be ok or cause any issues with scrubbing or anything. The car is lowered on eibach sportline springs with cup suspension.

many thanks - Terry

will cause no problems. 205 is the standard size on the 182.

195 often fitted as the tyres are cheaper but really there is a negligible difference.

Best check is to measure but unless you're car is 5mm away from scrubbing then you'll be fine.

Could be wrong but i think this was what renault done with the tyres.
The 195's are more of a stretch

205/45/16 = 182's

195/45/16 = 172's
