washers and blowers not working

After spending a day sorting my headlights out and my back earthing problems my car has decided it doesnt want me to have washers and also the blowers dont want to work!! any ideas to hit first?? cheers

fresh day and have found it was only a fuse....luckily for me and my pocket!!
