Water temp help

Why does my water never reach proper operating temp its always lower than it should be?

is it the gague showing wrong temperature? it might be the thermostat of just a sensor fault.

Maybe, ive not noticed the fan kick in either since i have had it.

How many sensors are there on the water system?
