What gearbox oil is best for my 1.4 ph2?

Hi Guys,

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, Can anyone advise me on what Gearbox oil is best to put in my Mk2 PH2 1.4? as i could do with either topping it up or changing it all together.

Any help would be great.
