Re: What have you ordered?

I'll send you a new trigger mate. PM me your adress over.

Some people change the trigger anyway as the other ones spray better.

Why didn't you ask for a replacement from CYC?

Yes but you'll only use half of it and sell the rest for £20 delivered.

Trim dressing is a false economy.

Re: What have you ordered?

You own a Clio, there are very small amounts of trim. Therefore, as Kevings says, buy it, use it once (12-18 months beading), decant a little bit into another bottle and then sell on. Simples.

I've posted it several times, but this is a comparison between CGNLTG and C4. This was applied 6 months ago and it still beads like this today;

Just a shame they dont do it in smaller packages.

That.

My view is its aimed at hardcore fulltime detailers. Not billybob who could quite easliy get away with using something a little less hardcore. I know I certainly wouldn't buy it, even if I did do a few other cars it wouldn't be worth it.

Re: What have you ordered?

Still haven't tried RMG yet! I like my EZ creme it's acrylic so I can use anything over the top.

Going to order some Lusso oro today. :) See what it's like. Nice and oily!

Oh and I need an EZ detail brush, my yellow one is giving up the ghost a little. Making me look pikey! ;)

Re: What have you ordered?

Just ordered a 75mm backing plate and one of each compound Menz pads to suit. Get in the nooks and crannies then which the 5" stuff won't, going to try and give Soph's car a polish this weekend you see.

Re: What have you ordered?

Yeah i'll grab some pics since it white, his wheels are black (c**t spec clearly) so the paintwork should show it up well!

Re: What have you ordered?

Deironizer is better value for money and Polished bliss got rid of Iron X for this stuff.

They both do the same job to be fair. Wolfs works better than Iron x on wheels as it was originally a wheel cleaner. Now safe on bodywork and wheels like iron x.

Re: What have you ordered?

Yup it's exactly the same idea as iron x mate.

Re: What have you ordered?

Thats what I thought/ like to hear.

So did wolfs nick the idea from that Cypriot guy (I think he was Cypriot) who made Iron-X??

Re: What have you ordered?

No mate, wolfs had "brake duster" first and then realised it was actually for iron. Some tests on bodywork some tweaks to the formula and et voila we have deironizer!

Re: What have you ordered?

I have never even heard of wolfs until recently...I remember when Iron-X hit the seen last year (under the brand Cquartz not Car Pro as its known now).

http://detailingworld.com/forum/showthread.php?t=165422

It was actually out around xmas time the previous year for testing (2009)

In fact Wolfs reviewed it in June last year.. (he was called something different before that I believe)

The first thread I can find for WOLFS range is November.

Im not saying they nicked the Idea but Iron Cut seemed to be out first, this guy slagged off Iron cut then brings out his own?? :S
