What plug is this?!

Just fitting my battery cover & noticed this plug loose down by the air box hose. It goes up & is taped next to the bonnet release cable. I couldn't see anything unplugged so have no clue. Any ideas please?!

On the upper grill there will be a little plug on the right hand side (if your facing the car) and normally is grey. It plugs in underneath that.
