WHAT SPACERS FOR 02 PLATE 172 SPORT

Hi there just need some help, i have 205/40/17s on the car what would be the biggest spacers i could go for on there and still turn ok without rubbing, and would i have to remove the inner arches to stop rubbing in general.also after fitting do you need tracking to be re-done? maybe some one could stick some pics up stating what size spacers they have got what size wheels and if the get rubbing on the arches while turning cheers

how much is it lowerd by? :S

i think 5mm spacers should be enough

not lowered yet mate is it best to fit the coilovers first then the spacers? or will it not make a difference
