the breather on the intake manifold goes to a valve in the passenger side footwell.

there should be a pipe on the rockercover for oil breather pipe

In the top photo, it's the outlet that goes to the acoustic valve, which you can just blank off.

The other one goes to the carbon canister.

Will it still run with anythink connected on top photo ?

ive found the hose that connects to carbon canister

Cool, yeah it should still run ok. Although you'll have a small air leak so it'll idle a bit higher up.

It will run fine if you seal/block it off, all it does is use vacuum pressure to open and close a valve on the second inlet to the airbox
