when I have to change cambelt

Hi i have this cuestion when I have to change my cambelt my clio is a Clio sport 2.0 16v 172hp and haves 37.500 miles and 3 years.

if any one of you have the maintenance Manual of my car I'll be verry grateful.

about 1500 miles ago i think. most people on here advise 36000 cam and aux belt change

The thing is thar I have 37500 miles and I wanna now if my cambelt can resist a trackday because i have one in one week.
do I have to change it or not?

36k is for the AUX belt 72k is for the cambelt.

I woulnd't leave the cambelt longer than 60k and 4 years * (whichevers earlier) but it should be fine till them
