Which camera? (< £200)

im looking for a nice camera, ive been looking at a few and been told that the CANON Ixus 70 would be good for my price range?

Can someone please tell me what the best sub 200 pounds camera would be, digital compact, not SLR etc because i know there more expensive but i would still like functions such as shutter speed and macro settings.
