Windscreen Question

Right, i'm fully comp on the Type R, had my windscreen chip filled about 5 months ago free of charge. It was fine, now its come back, deeper than ever and starting to crack.
It's in my line of vision and right in front of me.
I also have two smaller chips on the other side, but they're quite deep too.

Can my screen be replaced for free, without it affecting my NCB and without paying my excess etc?

Admiral were vague as f**k.

I'm 3rd party here. The same happened to me and it cracked again within a mile down the road so next day they replaced it for free. I'm with direct line btw.

I assume it's the same here.

id of thought the insurance company would go to the repairer and ask why its happened so soon after the repair

Take it up with the repairer - they should come out and replace it.

I'd had a windscreen crack and was 3rd party. It cost me £70 and didn't effect my no claims. Windscreen cost about £400 apparently!
