  Whichever has fuel
If the car you're buying has no tax/mot/insurance, it can't touch the tarmac. So it needs to be on a trailer/flat bed truck.

I think you can hire a transporter, no idea of the cost though. I seem to remember jon_r hiring one a while ago (I could be wrong)...
