Have been reading up on tightening up the gear shift on my clio, it feels pretty good but I would like it to feel a bit stiffer, like a bit more resistance to changing gear.
Have seen the Yanoo stiff shift kits, which seem like a pretty good thing, anyones experience with these would be good to hear.
Also, rather than the Yanoo kit, is it possible to adjust or modify the linkage myself to make it tighter?
Its not the play in the gearstick i'm wanting to adjust, its the actual movement when going through the gearchange motion. For example when going from 1st to 2nd I want it to be firmer if you know what I mean?
