    I think at this stage that if a creaky knocky diff is working and nothing to worry about then it's fine. Like I say. It seemed to work well on track. So that works for me.

    So after completing a track day today ive come to the conclusion that it's the diff itself that's making the noises. Its an awful creaking noise that dissappear when the car is on track under load. So must be the plates of the diff when not under load maneuvering. Pic to make it interesting

    I havent moved the car since the PAS pump shat itself. I have a new one on order. But it was a rubbery noise rather than metallic clunking.

    Yep. Greased them up when fitting. Jacked the front end up there can't see anything that would be fouling or rubbing when the wheels spinning. It could only be the bushes?
