I bought the AG one from halfords. Worked really well and very easy (albeit time consuming). Wasn’t that cheap (halfords prices) but I’m sure you’ll find it pretty cheap on eBay and the likes.

Yep, that’s what I’ve started to do after using a prewash. I find SF pretty pony after using PW as it doesn’t seem to add much to the equation. I’m currently using AF citrus power which I find great. I go through 5l in next to notice using my pump sprayer though so it’s far from cost effective...

Is there a risk of letting snow foam dry? I’ve used it as a wash aid before but most pro’s online go with a shampoo mix through a foam lance instead. I presume the risk of doing this using SF is it could stain if left to dry?

The best snow foam Lance on the market is the MTM Hydro. MTM Hydro Italian Foam Lance, foam gun for pressure washers, M22 Male https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07F42Z7B9/?tag=cliospnet01-21 Recommended by the top detailing youtubers etc. I love mine.

It’s a good point. I’ve got a metrovac blaster mini and to be honest never use it. Always wondered on wether drying by hand is quicker.

Wire wool (with soap if you can find it). Water, Autosol and a few scrubbing sponges is all you need.

Yes, more professional than general domestic use. Handle one though and the price difference is very apparent. It's built like a tank. The oil in it has to be changed after the first 50 hours and then every 250 hours. It's been built to last a lifetime. All the components are made out of brass...

Definitely. Off the top of my head the base unit was £650. I had to wait a while for the GB to end but it makes sense buying from an authorised uk seller. According to ECC the RRP is £800 so there can’t be much profit in it for ECC.
