Was the CAF pipe easy to remove Jimbob? I will probably leave my acoustic valve, not too bothered. Im waiting on the aluminium pipe now. Have the kit in hand (went for the 182 kit rammer). Was posted 2 days ago. Looking forward to fitting!

Hi All, Just received the 182 Kit from Ramair and now waiting on the pipe. Given that the filter is designed to be close to the throttle body, I will be relocating it to the battery area via the pipe. Will the filter supplied be ok for the battery area. The filter is offset. Just wondering...

What is the size of the inner boot Jubilee Clip please. I was told 30mm. Could anyone recommend the best clip range. Im looking at 25-35mm from Jubilee. Thanks Alan

Thanks for your help once again. Part of me just thinks that I should just go with the hose type clip. I wonder whether I can get some grease in through there rather than via the outer larger side. Don't really want to touch the large clip as it seems fine. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for that. Doesn't seem to be a common issue. Always seems to be the larger of the clips. And buy the way, how best to remove the old clip without tearing the boot ?

Can someone confirm the size of the small clip on the other side of the CV boot, not the large 70-90mm. I bought the tool above but would like to use the ear type clip not the hose clip unless anyone tells me otherwise. Nobody seems to give the size of the small clip.
