    The XBox One Thread

Cheers. I have just found a load of videos on YouTube and a cheap part on Amazon. Fingers crossed!

    The XBox One Thread

I am slightly underwhelmed with my OneX versus the One. I have a 4K TV and was expecting to see a major difference, but I am struggling. I gave my old day one Xbox One to my son, but since the November update, all the controllers are constantly disconnecting, like every two seconds. I have tried...

    Triggering External Flash on Android

It depends on what sort of flash you are trying to trigger. Godox sell something for smartphone flash triggers, but it's not cheap.

Decent sounding USB/Bluetooth headphones with a mic?

My Bose QCs are utter shite for conference calls. Great sound, noise cancelling is also great but the mic pics up voices on the other side of the room and drives everybody else in the call mad. It’s worth checking that the mic on whatever you’re looking at is suitable for a noisy environment.

    The Cars Spotted Appreciation Thread

I dropped in to see my old boss in the Alps. He has an A110 collecting dust in the garage. It had a rollcage, Weber’s and looked amazing, but apparently it doesn’t run at the minute.

    New family wagon - BMW F31 328

I’d of loved a 335 but the Dutch road tax on diesels is insane. They’d leave this for dust!

    New family wagon - BMW F31 328

After 12 years and 140,000 miles in my Megane, it's time to say goodbye and swap for a larger family bus. The Megane has been pretty good over the years, the only issues I've had were with the window electrics (a cheap ebay fix once a year or so) and a replacement clutch. Aside from that it's...

The "Ive taken a pic and I kinda like it" thread

I did a photo shoot for one of the teams in my boys basketball club. I’m now roped into a full days work doing all the other teams. All for a good cause I suppose and it’s nice to dust off the studio set again.

    Megane GT 150 DCI hack

I have a 5 door RS and have had the problem with each of my windows front and back 5 times over. There is a design flaw that causes water to run straight into these modules and shorts them out. If you catch it early enough, putting the thing on the radiator for a couple of days and cleaning the...

    Megane GT 150 DCI hack

I've used this place (several times) for window fixes. I have the entire replacement process down to about 10 minutes now... http://www.renaultwindow.co.uk/renault-megane-window.html

    Photography Chat and Questions Thread

I’m jealous. I’d do it all again in a heartbeat. Add Laguna Seca and 17 mile drive to your list of things to do from Monterey! Well worth it. I guess you’re also planning to go whale watching? Some of my snaps from last year are here. Have fun!

    Photography Chat and Questions Thread

We did California last summer. I had my 24-105, 70-200 and a 80mm prime. Nearly everything was either shot on the 24-105 (normally at the 24mm end) or my phone. For the time I needed a tripod (Milky Way shot at night) I just used my camera bag with a remote release (glad I bought that along, but...
