Also I'm surprised the engine held out as long as it did. The first oil change I did it came out like treacle, even after I'd warmed the engine up a bit, should have seen the sparkplugs more black than anything else.

Nice! Mine is at 270, the guy who tested it on the dyno said it was comon fro alot of 250s to come out of the factory running alot higher than the specified 250bhp

So recently my 182 spat out two sparkys the first time I managed to fix it. Replaced with spare ht lead, exactly the same lead. Next day same thing. It split the ht lead. I replaced the lead with a genuine Renault one but not the exact same length lead or "number 2" I used any old lead...

Have you ever managed to find a replacement trim for the exhaust? Mines flaking. I was tempted to take it of and see if I can repair it and spray it satin black. But probably be easier to get a new one.
