Clio 1.2 16v Shaky Idle
Hmmm, I thought that was low too but my previous Clio (8v) idled at 500rpm too. It initially idles around 1100 and then drops to 500 after a minute or so. Idle control valve problem? As i mentioned previously the shaking thing doesn't really happen when the engine is fully up to temp.- breandawg

Clio 1.2 16v Shaky Idle
Hi everyone, My 2001 Clio 1.2 16v seems to shake around excessively at idle. The car only has 40k gentle miles and runs sweet as a nut, idles steadily at 500rpm, and yet the engine definitely jumps around a bit, particularly when cold shaking the whole car. Any ideas?- breandawg
