I've had a Skype landline for around 3 years now, so whenever anybody calls the landline number I answer through the laptop or Mac via the built in mic. The quality of the microphones aren't great and I'm constantly scurrying around for a headset to plug in. I've seen VoIP handsets etc online...

Cheers for the replies guys. I thought with Dropbox, whether it's for personal or Business package, the multiple users editing the same document simultaneously would still just create a duplicated version and wouldn't warn/prevent the users from editing the same document?

I've managed to convince him to go down the Dropbox route after he initially decided against it. With Dropbox Business, is it possible to have cloud backups? He wants his documents to be backed up in case anything happens or he does something wrong, so is there file recovery?
