I went for a KTEC one when they did my exhaust. Can't say enough good things about the folk in Dorset :) They spotted that I had my number plate light out (rear) and fixed it for me there and then. Took a unit out of one of their cars seeing as I had driven 140 miles to get there. Nuff...

The seal around my window popped out ages ago and I was told not to attempt to fix it or I'd sh@g it completely. Whole thing to be taken apart door card out, etc. and hours of labour so living with it.

I called Renault UK and the customer services woman promised me she'd get back to me and as I have come to expect from Renault, I am still waiting.

Cheers - my service book is in Russian so I have to turn it upside down and look at it in a mirror to see what the story is !

If you have to go to Renault, see if you can read it upside down from their paperwork and then don't pay them the £30 the robbers ask for. They had £2000 from me for carious jobs and still wanted to charge me. I laughed as I drove past 2 weeks ago and they have gone bust and closed down :)

I have a 02 that has had minor at 2 years then major at 4 years and I am getting conflicting advice from Renault dealers as to what a minor service involves and different quotes. Car has done a shade under 20K miles. Had the cam belt and aux belts done last year so minor service due. Quotes...
