Im impressed with both, my cousin spent £7000 more than me on a type-r ,and there really isnt that much between the two.Give me the clio any day.The cup is supposed to be track-biased ,but your right,you dont get the full benefit from this travelling to and from work every day! What should I look for on a 172
The only reason I went for the lighter cup is because girls carry a lot more luggage! I miss my 172, i loved the leather,and the air con was nice,but on the other hand the cup has the slight edge on handling iv found Its just the interior that lets it down.- carlycup

What should I look for on a 172
Iv got a 172 cup at the minute,and before that had the 172 and with both iv had problems with the exhaust.Both had to go back to the garage several times because of this.Apparently its a common fault with them,so just have a quick look for signs of wear and tear.- carlycup
