I'd just buy something like this personally, you know it has good compression as it made good power on the dyno:

Think they should be done to around 125Nm so maybe just wasn't quite tight enough! Hopefully you've avoided any serious damage. Here's a list of the torque settings for the belts and pulleys, if you haven't already got it:

Have you tried re-timing it and then compression testing it? It might've just jumped a tooth, seeing as the compression figures are all even. Should be around 170-180psi when timed correctly.

Definitely seems like something that could be replicated fairly easily.
I'm glad someone else said this. Seems really expensive for what works out at about 2 hours total time on track. Plus if you've got a bunch of whoppers in your group, you're stuck with them all day.
