Going to do all belts and pulleys plus dephaser and of course water pump I think now. New thermostat and may as well get the aircon regas done at the same time lol.
Hopefully she will last 4 days of running to work and back. Thankfully only 13 miles on B roads each way taking a chilled drive...

My 172 only gets up to 82 degrees on a run, I'm guessing this is a little lower than normal. Viewed on dash command app for iPhone.
If sat in traffic the temp does rise higher and fans cut in so no problems with that.
I'm thinking I have a sticky thermostat.
What are your thoughts and are...
Did my top mounts with a gun from my local garage and did them as tight as I could when refitting and zapped the last bit back at the garage with the gun again.
Its on eBay but open to offers.

Mine needs doing too as leaking oil out of some of the bolts and a little along the joint.
Instant gasket will be used on mine. Can get it from halfords in a tube.
