The amount of hours spent on this think I would’ve just bought the ecu set off @Louis.

FWIW i drove my 172 to a car show once came back to it to drive home and the ecu decided to brick itself. Replacement ecu/uch/key and it fired straight up so it does happen.

I paid £700 for mine on my race car, albeit this was done as a race car job so isn’t perfect.
