F4's are bomb proof when looked after, the old RB was 263k when it was written off in a crash, still doing trackdays and daily grind then. Original engine, original gearbox, both never rebuilt, not so much as a head gasket. Reckon it would have done another quarter of a million no sweat
I see your 150k and raise you 182k, with the same issues, dents, scratches and lacquer cloud on the roof, flol

When I did my conversion I just chucked the entire loom set in, wired up all I needed and then just fired it up and started...

It's also not a 2001 car it's a December 2000 registered and the recent MOT history is patchy, crucially nothing on rust which is good, but loads of little bits so I'd be asking lots of questions on if all that's been taken care of too
