sounds like it is a problem with your idle control valve ( stepper motor ) which is on the throttle body, common problem on these. The only problem is you cant buy them from renault they come all as 1 unit including the throttle body which is mega ££££££££££. Try looking on ebay seen them sold...
Possibly a fault with the internal motor in the regulator unit-Renaults are common for this.
But try unplugging your door loom(big black block connector by door hinges) and look for any signs of corrosion on pins,If there is clean it off and spray some maintance spray on it and should sort it
work in a dealer and we see this quite a bit,Renault seem to reckon its wind catchin the doors. But if you take it in too your local dealer or have go your self they should be able to adjust it for you. Shouldnt cost much we would normally charge about half hours labour

Every car has its own code! You can get your code from any dealer but they will need to see your v5 and passport or driving licence! Normally charge £15 or so!
