Afternoon
no matter what I do I can’t stop the green WiFi light flashing on the hub. I’ve done several reboots but it hasn’t corrected it.
I appear to have internet connection, but Sky Q has lost connection and won’t reconnect.
Sky Q is hard wired to router.
Any help would be appreciated...
Had Sky technician out on Wednesday. He done a factory reset on the mini box. All good so far. He also said they have lots of issues with Sky Q and BT broadband. He recommended Virgin bb.
He even said Sky bb isn't that great. Which makes sense as Sky use BT cables.
My first Renault was an Iceberg 172 which I bought new in 2003. Then I bought a LY 182 new in 2005. Kept that for 5yrs.
Then needed something bigger but economical so bought a 3yr old Mondeo ST TDCI.
Some nice chap wrote that off for me. That was in 2014.

I have to reboot my mini box nearly every day due to connection issue. I got a BT Homehub 6. I phoned sky and they told me to try partitioning the router and connecting to the 5Ghz side.
Is this a good thing to do? I wouldn't have a clue how to even if it is.
