A few Clio's I found in my archive.

Hi Brian, hope your well mate. You still got the Clio?

A few Clio's I found in my archive.

I have been detailing professionally since 2002/2003, and managed to find a few pictures dating back to 2008/2010 when I detailed these Clio's for customers. Thought it might be of interest and possibly the current owners are on the forum. 182 Trophy. Clio 200's: Boxfresh and...

    Paint correction costs?

For me to do it, it is in the region of £400-£525 approx, this obviously depends on the car and condition. I am booking from January 2015 now though, your more than welcome to pop by at some point if you would like a better opinion of what's necessary, I'm based near Lakeside/Thurrock.

    Paint correction costs?

Thanks Kyle, appreciated mate. To the OP, for paintwork correction the price you have been quoted is very competitive, generally to do it correctly takes in the region of 3-5 days. Have you considered perhaps opting for something like a paintwork enhancement, this would give you 1-2 stages of...

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

Not much to announce, been really busy with work so any upgrades have been limited. Wrapped the fog lights with a yellow tint to capture that old school Renault look. Some Team Heko wind deflectors fitted, now I'm still undecided on these, I bought them more because I like the window open...

    Kyle's Ultra Red Clio 197

Nice looking 197 mate, definitely not aftermarket wheels, just a nice refurb.

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

Thanks, I'm undecided whether to drop it to be honest, if I did it would probably be Eibachs.. only because I've used them before and also the drop is only about another 23mm (cup springs already lower than ff).

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

Thanks mate, the facilities are good, it's the time I struggle with, most of the work carried out has been done into the evening or grabbing a few hours on a Sunday.

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

I'll take some tomorrow for you and post them up. I wasn't sure how it would look on the Cup springs, but happy now and don't think I'll drop the height.

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

I know what you mean mate, just want to keep the subtle differences that set it apart being a Cup model, I see a photoshop task coming on...

    Glass sealants

I've used both professionally (Nanolex approved) and much prefer the application, performance and durability of Gtechniq G1 tbh. If your only doing a couple of cars with it, then the 15ml kit with G1 & G2 (isopropanol) will be plenty. The key is to hold the make-up pad over the lid and...

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

Cheers guys, thanks for the comments. Thanks and I may change the diamonds (trying to keep it relatively stock looking), probably tape them up first to get an idea, but I will possibly be changing the mirror caps and handles to anthracite. Thanks mate, I wasnt keen at first as you can see...

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

Purchased some used K-tec racing 19mm spacers, little bit of cleaning required. Top edges and bolts painted Graphite to match the brake housings. Before and the wheel looking a little lost in the arch. After and looking a whole lot better. Lower sill edges protected using SunTek...

    Clio 197 Cup (Racing Blue).

Purchase the worthwhile Sprintbooster, got to say it's awesome and makes such a difference. Old skinny Cup wheel removed and replaced with the chunkier version, these wheels suffer badly from leather peel, this replacement had had the skin peeled off, will do for the time until it goes off...
