    yeh it will fit - if you check the brochure there is a bar chart next to the clio shown with the spoiler fitted. it has a tick next to the 2.0 16v section stating that this spoiler will fit a 172 - i can fax it to you if you like.

    Engine Swap on 16v!!

    buy the engine but keep your existing one in for the time being. over winter strip the new one and tune it. it will be ready for next season plus it will give you something to do over winter.
