I think I want to go abit lower, do they sell 40mm springs? What exhaust have you got?

I've got a Clio 172 03 plate, just bought the cup alloys and now I want to get it lowered. Not sure which springs to buy, will 35mm make much of a diffrence? Will there be any problems with rubbing if I go lower? Cheers, Dan
