I go out with a few lads on the bikes, 2 of us use apple watches and the rest use their phones, I can't say I've noticed and discrepancies between us all, but like I say I cant compare it to a garmin as I've never used one.

Just did a quick test, I started a run on strava and it took 6 seconds to get my heart rate

I use Strava on mine for Mountain biking, it locks on the GPS quickly and I've had no problems with the Heart Rate. I've got the Nike + Apple Watch 3, it comes with the Nike+ running app, but as I don;t run I can't really help you there. The Strava app does running though and that works...

Looks really nice the strap, looks quality, I've had a couple non apple bands and they have been crap, I'm after a brown leather like above and also a metal one, there so many to choose from, and the ones I've bought and sent back have been crap.

I've just bought a new (6months old) car. It has been GuardX exterior protected already (don't know if this is any good) The car is black and paint work is (I think) looking really good. I haven't washed it myself yet, I've fired the pressure washer over it a few times that's all, it beads up...

Mega thread bump :-) I'm still here, lurking never really pop into the spotted section hence why I missed this :-) More than likely was me, although the Williams got sold a while back.

I've put my 5s back to 7.1.2 for the time being 8.0 was terrible for me and the Apps I use, haven't tried 8.0.2 though. The whole iOS 8.0 thing is very similar to my iOS7 experience, I hated all the bugs I seemed to find, was great once it all got settled, iOS updates and apps updated etc.

I got one yesterday, works flawlessly, setup within a few minutes using my phone, only used YouTube, iPlayer, Play Music and Photo Cast so far. Works as expected.

So I would restore from iTunes, then setup the phone from an iCloud backup?

It's a pain but I can live with it but I'd rather not. It does seem unfinished to me iOS 7. I realise it's almost a complete overhaul but it's buggy as hell Like I say I can accept third party apps crashing but camera and messages is a major issue I haven't seen this issues on my iPad...
