Thats not normal, guessing it not a genuine coil pack, you usually get a fault on 2 cylinders when the coil goes because of the way they fire.

If you remove number 3 from the coil and there is no cracking to the plastic of the coil (white part if its genuine) then you can be sure its the leads.

More likely to be the ht leads should be able to see it in dark when you spray them with water.

Its well known there are no performance gains from changing a exhaust on the m lites. The original system is over 3" and i cant help but feel it will be more efficient than the Remus that splits into two smaller pipes. But you cant argue with the sound of it.

Worth blocking off the air feed to the acoustic valve on the inlet manifold if you haven't already.

When i bought mine from Renault years ago it didnt come with any so had no choice but to use the original.

Looks like Ktec dont sell any 172 exhausts anymore.

No Yes had that loose noise when going over pot holes, drain covers replaced the driveshaft with a re manufactured one from Renault to fix. Worth removing as they can wear through.
