182 rear exhaust mount inserts recommendations

Some sound deadening of the boot floor and tailgate also works wonders.

182 rear exhaust mount inserts recommendations

I never did a direct comparison vs OEM NVH levels but I seem to remember it was dramatically better than the power flex that was in previously. One thing, they were leagues ahead in terms of build quality vs OEM.

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

Lol at @Louis, 😅 She certainly wasn’t a garage queen and I tried to prolong it as much as possible. Even with those rear qtrs coated in Hydrate 80, full of BH Electrox zinc coating and Dynax, I guess it only prevents the inevitable if the cars are used. Interesting you’re finding the rear...

Nearest exhaust to oem for a clio 182

I had a PMS with decat and a stock cat. The stock cat is already a high flow cat so I don’t personally see any reason to fit an aftermarket sports cat.

    197/200 Brembos on 182 with 280mm Discs

i swapped the whole lot including the 197/200 master cylinder. Big improvement in feel and stopping power. Full PMS 280mm 2 piece kit with Pagid RSL29. Its worth noting I had RSL29s in the stock calipers too.

Clio RS 2013 Focal 130AS speakers upgrade problem

Get the speakers mounted solid and add the mini Focal amp. I had one in my 182 glove box and coupled to my Alpine HU, it drives them really well. Some pics of my install when I did it. It’s a 450W 4 ch amp that fits in the palm of your hand!

Base-mounted seats with Jon Foz subframes - mounting belt buckle?

Make your own brackets mate, theyre only a single bolt AFAIK.

Base-mounted seats with Jon Foz subframes - mounting belt buckle?

The issue with having a fabric/strap-mounted receiver is its a pain to plug the belt in as you're forced to hold the receiver with your other hand. This can be awkward. Always use a firm cable or suitable bracket-mounted receiver if possible.

Personally if you’re going to the effort to overhaul a beam. That’s the way I’d go. Less stuff hanging off the car too.

Personally I much preferred the design and location of the PMS bar. The Whiteline always looks like a cheap afterthought IMO. Just my thoughts, entirely your choice mate. The WL is certainly much easier to remove at a later date. Maybe ask yourself what you want from the car and if you feel...
