I clean alcantara with damp alcantara..
whenever we do a re trim using alcantara we always make the customer some alcanatara cleaning pads to go with them..just the ticket..
In this business you get what you pay for..
To re trim a wheel it takes a days labour as its all stripped back..leather cut to fit the wheel and then hand stitched..Hence the price so in some cases it may be cheaper to buy a new wheel..depends on what you are looking for..
As for...
Went to a meet yesterday with a forum i have a traders room on and got to have a go in this....
Awesome..

All seats modified..as are the door cards..
Every panel covered in leather..
XR3i bodykit covered in leather..as are the wheel arches..
Shes soon to be having a leather roof to match the roof lining thats already inside her..
Its good to be different..lol
I dont to be honest..I usually just give them away with my work as a little extra but if people wanted them and providing i have the rag available i am happy to make some up for people for a couple of quid..

Be very very careful with it.
I use alcantara all the time..i'm talkin about the genuine £90 per metre stuff so you gotta treat it right.
The only thing i use to clean alcantara with is another piece of damp alcantara.
When i do a re trim and use it i always make the customer some alcantara...
I only use genuine alcantara and it costs me £90per metre!
Good luck..
