they're all the usual 7/16, except the ones in the sills which, for some unknown reason, are M10

should be purple bushes for the twisted Ph2 arm. are the yellow (Ph1) bushes bigger?

are you sure you've removed all of it? the bush is bonded to a steel outer which needs pressing out - you should only be left with the alloy arm. other than that, may be the bushes are the wrong size; should be a simple push fit

mine's a daily and has the full set. it doesn't bother me at all, although i think it depends what you're used to. have you run anything with uprated mounts before?

clear hose in hardware shops/b&q/etc as well

new exhausts smell great. second only to burnt CastrolR

have you got a Haynes manual? it's in there; assume it's the same servo on all models? hopefully it's a hose rather than the servo itself as, likewise, think it'd be hard work to renew
