My Mate was there in his MK4 trophy - Bald as f**k and massive beard 😅 He's there and at the ring all the time. Photos on his insta looked like it was a good time had, and the weather held up all right.

Yeah, may also have the plastic pipe up to the airbox aswell. I'll nip out to the shed and get pics and PM you buddy. I had an engine cover aswell, but @Brigsy got that off me.

I've got a standard airbox here and panel filter if you are still after one. Also got the OEM hose etc for it.

Get a shot of a hoist and whip the whole lot out? My neighbour loves doing engine changes on transits (Don't ask - but we've managed to do 4 engines out in a day, a really really long day) Plus get to clean up all the engine and box while its out :ROFLMAO:

Nearly £4k for a refurbished box!!! Just buy another car for that, they seem to be interested in pushing Hyundai and fiat 500's just now. For the work you do on the cars you have had and have, i'd take the pain on taking it out and doing yourself. Easier said than done tho.

Daft Thought, have you tried cleaning the UCH with some IPA - worth making sure circuit boards are as clean as possible. Highly doubt it will work, but if any slight moisture hiding on the board that will get rid.

Need to clean the top of the battery now that cover is all shiny looking :LOL:

Looking Fresh, but not half rusting away, when i had my one, it wasn't that bad. Glad the Cover arrived (y)
