I can't help, but all I've got to add is - printers are dicks, and I hate them. We have A4, A3 and A1 wireless printers at work - and NEVER a week goes by when one of them doesn't have some kind of issue. As we need to print regularly, in the past we've just bought another emergency printer...

Snap. I'm not counting down the days for them to be finished. I couldn't care less if they never do, to be honest. Its just a good watch, and some of the fabrication skills are consistently incredible.

I'm confused why I'd need to reference the other sheet here - the B11 merely relates to the engineer that has been selected from the drop down menu (of which is stored on the other sheet).

interesting - how does that break down? I assume dayratecolumn and engineercolumn are just references to the said column in the other sheet? what does engineer then represent? I did what I thought may be correct, but got the below..
