Monroe have a good parts catalogue with all the part numbers you'll need. I found them cheaper on ebay vs Autodoc by googling the part no.

Yeah this, I'm replacing my dampers on the Alpina with Monroe EDC units as that's who makes them for BMW and they are a fraction of the price

Carpro Dlux is the one I had any decent longevity with on track wheels so is what I'd suggest, plus it's pretty easy to apply compared to others

Yeah front and rear glass, Rear gets filthy in no time on the F31 shape as well Side windows last a bit better mind you

I like the Glaco stuff for how quickly it is to apply but IME longevity just isn't that good if you do any decent milage. I need to re apply every month or two. Tried both the normal and ultra and same story. Gyeon do a similar product as well but I think it's worse than Glaco and costs a load...
