Just remember not to run data alongside the power unless its shielded. But as everyone else has said hardwired is always better imo.

As above welding just never holds. Bolt in renfort plate if your box is a good one. If not buy a 182 gearbox as they already have a bolt in instead of the circlip.

Last Clio bearings I did took 12Tonne to get them out so I wouldn't want less than that..

It's a lot easier to make a modern head flow worse than better imo. Personally I'd just pay someone to do the head with a proper bench flow test etc and rebuild the easier bits myself like supertech valves, cams and whatever parts you want to fit..
