Yes you are right. It would be the best. It is not impossible to find a 172. The only problem is that I cannot legally change the engines. As the Laguna was never delivered with that one. And on every MOT they could check the engine number. So question is if have the head reworked a bit can I...- Jimmy7612

F4R 712 upgrade
Hi, I'm Jimmy from Hungary. I've just bought a Laguna 2 2.0 16V as a daily driver (next to my GT Turbo). This has the F4r 712 engine 135Hp. As I have to rebuild it because of the oil consumption, I'd like to tune it as well. Aim is a 160ish Hp. As I know the BE is the same (?) as the 172...- Jimmy7612
